Tonight I was meditating on an idea by Brene Brown, which Jessica Able introduced me to.

Brene Brown keeps an actual piece of paper in her wallet that is 1 inch square, on which she has written all the names of all the people in her life whose opinion really matters to her.

It's a grounding thought for those of us who can often feel we need to hold back for fear of being judged
