100 days take two

I set myself a challenge to post an image of my work on my facebook and instagram pages for 100 days in a row, beginning on Monday 17th August '20 and ending on Tuesday 24th November '20

I decided to break these 100 days down into weekly projects looking at specific topics or techniques

Week 15: This week is only 2 days long, 23rd - 24th November, as this is the final 2 days of the 100 day challenge.

Continuing on with the short series of portraits celebrating some of women who have worked beside me, taught me, championed me and made me smile - thanks to you all!

A week is not long enough to include them all - so may have to revisit this topic soon!

She works tirelessly championing others through her various roles and gave me the rare and great opportunity of having a solo show of work in the House for and Art Lover in 2014, for which I will always be thankful

Mairi Darroch

Mairi is the all-round perfect example of a brilliant human being. She is muti-talented,
driven, successful, beautiful and still has time for her friends - what is not to love?
Her sisters are of the same ilk, and so the image today is part of a comic strip about a trip to their communal family home in Glenlivit, featuring Mairi dipping her toes in the North sea and skimming stones
